What is Civilore?

Civilore is an Indian learning platform for civil engineers. It offers practical video courses, live webinars with working engineers, and ready-to-use resource bundles such as AutoCAD drawings and Excel calculation sheets, all bought with a one-time payment and accessed from your personal library.

Who is Civilore for?

Civilore is built for civil engineering students, fresh graduates, site engineers, quantity surveyors and practising engineers in India who want job-ready, site-focused skills such as estimation, bar bending schedules, billing and construction planning rather than only exam theory.

Is it a subscription?

No. Every Civilore course, bundle and paid webinar is a one-time payment in Indian Rupees (INR). There are no monthly fees, and purchased courses and bundles stay in your library for lifetime access.

How do I access what I buy?

Access is instant. After payment, your account is created automatically with the email you used at checkout, the item appears in My Library, and a confirmation email is sent. Log in with that email any time to watch, download or join.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and support UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Civilore never sees or stores your card details.

What is the refund policy?

Courses can be refunded in full within 48 hours of purchase if less than 10% has been watched. Bundles are refundable before they are downloaded. Webinars are refundable more than 24 hours before the start time. Duplicate payments and failed deliveries are always refunded. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I use the drawings and sheets in client projects?

Yes. Bundle files are licensed for use in your own professional and client projects, and you can modify them. Reselling or redistributing the original files is not permitted.
